True..in modern world also people are no less superstitious.Like keep ur fingers crossed or touch wood. Sometimes these little things help in keeping ur BP under control or otherwise u ll be too anxious all the times no? Frankly speaking I too had followed many of these blindly believing, what our elders said was true. Now in this modern world when science has every logic for all these superstitions, I have come across some ppl ( including me :-) ) who have stopped believing in all these. But changing d mindset of so many ppl will definetly take time n many of them might not change their thinking. But still v shud keep doing our bit. Keep writing. This is one of d topics I really wanted to have discussion on. Thanks for writing this.
Even a small change is a big achievement. Every little step is a big add-on to our overall progress. let it take time, the important thing is that at least we have started thinking about it. I am glad that you have started your part. Thanks:)
